Erimitis beach

It is a new beach, because it was formed in 2008 due to a cliff collapse. Small, pebbled with transparent blue waters, it is located in the west of Paxos. Swimming on the beach while watching the Erimitis vertical white rock, is certainly a unique experience. Make sure to stay for the stunning sunset. Alternatively you can enjoy it from the cafeteria above.

Mοnodentri beach

It is a very beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and trees that grow by the sea. Located near Loggos village, is one of the few organized beaches of Paxos. Here you will find cafes, restaurants and facilities for water sports, so you can spend many hours enjoying and relaxing. Road access is easy and parking space is available.

Arkoudaki beach

The small, pebbled beach of Arkoudaki is located very close to the village of Lakka, north of Paxos. It takes only 20 minutes on foot from Lakka to reach it. Secluded and rocky, it is ideal for those who seek peace and quiet.

Longas beach

A beach different from the rest of the island, near the touristic Sidari, but without many people – except in August. It is relatively small and narrow with fine sand, and protected by high and steep limestone cliffs. You can descend from the village of Peroulades and, if you stay up late in the afternoon, you will understand why everyone is talking about its sunset.

Marathia beach

A huge sandy beach near the homonymous village of southwest Corfu. Much of it is organized, but if you walk enough along it you will find quiet – or deserted – parts, even in August.

Myrtiotissa beach

Close to Glyfada, but completely different: scattered rocks, abundant greenery, white sand and crystal clear deep water make up the scenery in Myrtiotissa, which is for decades the favourite beach of naturists on the island. A little further north, you will find the Monastery of Panaghia Myrtiotissa, after which the beach was named. To get there, leave your car in the parking lot and descend the steep dirt road. Unfortunately, the sea restricts the beach every year.
